“Nolen Gurer Rassogolla is usually available in the winter, mainly due to the non-availability of good patali gur (date jaggery) during the other seasons. Of the very few places who prepare this sweet in Hyderabad, Ganguram is one of the best – both due to sponginess of the sweet and the ample amount of gur in the ras (sugar syrup). It is also extremely affordable.”
